Office Manager / Social Media Manager

Help the office keep running! Get day to day tasks completed to keep everything running smoothly. Generate expense reports. Also help get our social media up and running. Film editing and planning our social media presence. Travel to events and help promote the company. Working with project directors to help achieve the goals of the office. A position to grow as our company matures. 60% office management 40% social-media management.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Keep the office running and fill any requirements of the office

  • Generate expense reports of monthly expenditures

  • Edit short video content for social media platforms

  • Manage our email marketing

  • Plan our social media presence on Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Twitch and etc...

  • Plan and travel to digital media events to promote our brand and games

  • Handle several projects at a time

  • Learn and gain new technical skills

Qualifications:

  • Experience managing office tasks

  • Experience working with Excel to plan expense reports

  • Experience with a video editing software such as Premiere

  • Experience with a basic understanding of Photoshop

  • Experience with web platforms such as Squarespace and Mailchimp

  • Understanding of marketing trends and social media presence

  • Enjoy video games and be familiar with the games industry

Gameplay Engineer

You will be creating the core game-play that will drive our experience. The candidate will work closely with the game director and team members to prototype and design game-play. Ideal Candidate can integrate maps, design game-play, develop AI. Must be able to communicate well with the team and be self motivated to take on multiple tasks

Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of tasks and authored systems

  • Build automation and effect tools

  • Document clear classes and commits

  • Work with team to text and extend prototypes

  • Develop game content from levels, to agents and scripted events

  • Give feedback in regards to game features and accepted feedback in kind

  • Handle several projects at a time

  • Learn and gain new technical skills

Qualifications:

  • Experience working with Unity

  • Experience with working art asset pipelines

  • Experience with C# and other high level programming languages(Javascript, Python, Obj-C, ect)

  • Experience with code optimization and localization

  • Experience with UI development

  • Experience with procedural and narrative design

  • Experience with Mobile Applications development and publication on Android and iOS

3D Generalist

You will be creating 3D models, textures and animations in a high-volume production environment. Work with the art team to create assets for mobile to consoles development. Must be a wellrounde digital artist with the ability to model and animate.  

Responsibilities:

  • Detail oriented in design and work closely with the art team

  • Participate with creative team in asset development

  • Analyze polygon requirements and optimize for platforms

  • Develop content from concept art for broth hard surface and organic

  • Rig objects for animations and execute animations for asset pipelines

  • Layout UVs and paint textures

  • Handle several projects at a time

  • Learn and gain new technical skills

Qualifications:

  • Experience working with Unity

  • Experience with working art asset pipelines

  • Experience with Asset creation software such as C4D, Maya, Blender, Zbrush, ect..

  • Experience texture creation with Photoshop, Substance designer, ect..

  • Experience with learning new software quickly or on the job if necessary

  • Experience with taking direction for art director and working independently when needed.

You will be working with the art director to provide designs and concept art for a variety of projects. Creating concept art and basic designs from characters to UI using design tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Interpret the ides of the team into fleshed out designs

  • Develop art for projects for digital experiences and game

  • Work with a number of design and art styles, adapt to the specifications of the project as required

  • Develop art that can be passed off onto the technical art teams to be implement

  • Create designs that best fits the constraints of the project at hand

  • Handle several projects at a time

Qualifications:

  • Experience in digital art tools such as Adobe content creations tools

  • Experience creating art and designs for mobile platforms

  • Experience designing UI interfaces

  • Experience with 3D design but not required
